Characteristics (features) of the Noise Boys Franchise Program
- A comprehensive three-week long training program precedes the opening of a new branch.
- Continual training based on a constant evaluation program.
- A Quality Control Program through the AA controls the quality of service at individual branches.
- Franchise personnel visit the various branches on a regular basis to control quality and ensure sound business principles. During such visits the franchisee will be assisted to develop and maintain a business plan.
- Manuals with regard to particular products on specific vehicles, as well as a manual for the general management of the franchise are supplied and constantly upgraded.
- Provision of a standard personnel policy to ensure equal and just treatment for all persons working within Noise Boys group.
- Ensure high quality products and competitive prices by linking it with accredited suppliers and supply agreements.
- Noise Boys must approve products before it may be supplied to clients.
- Targets are set annually and monthly in co-operation with individual franchises as needed.
- Different projects are followed as themes in co-operation with franchisees to enable the group to function as a unit; For example: Uniformity Safety - NOSA Regulations
- Professional reply to franchise enquiries and introduction of franchise costs.
- Noise Boys handle any complaints from the public or difficult clients and solutions are provided to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provision of continuous training as well as seminars, conferences, regional and national meetings and congresses.
- Evaluating and awarding franchisees in order to keep them motivated and inspired.
- Frequent communication with the franchisees to keep them informed and updated as and when necessary.
- Franchisees are supplied with, and trained in conjunction with an operational manual. This will put the franchisee in a position to operate their business with minimum assistance.
